Krisztina Kárpáti
Through my own experiences of integrating into diverse cultures, I have a deep understanding of both the rewards and the challenges that such transitions entail. I know how valuable it would have been to have someone by my side to guide and support me along the way. That's why I'm passionate about helping others to avoid unnecessary struggles as they work toward feeling truly at home in a new culture. I feel for you, as I have experienced the same!
Prior to Hungary's accession to the European Union, I independently relocated to the United Kingdom, where I spent seven years. Later I pursued and completed a second degree in International Human Resource Management in France. After a decade I evolved professionally—after earning my first degree in law, I transitioned into HR, and now, I'm moving into the field of coaching.
My professional background spans the competitive sector, including experience with both multinational corporations and start-ups. I am committed to quality and am currently pursuing ACC certification of ICF. On a personal level, I am a Christian which shapes my belief that growth is not self-centered but rooted in the service to others. According to feedback from clients and peers, my coaching strengths lie in fostering awareness, engaging in clear and direct communication, and maintaining a steady, energizing presence throughout the coaching process.
